PLATTING
A plat is an officially drawn map of a land area that defines the boundaries between different parcels of property to scale. A plat survey is used to create this map as accurately as possible. Generally, the divided sections of land are described in metes and bounds.
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS
A topographic survey locates all surface features of a property, and depicts all natural features and elevations
TSPS CATEGORY 1A & 1B SURVEYS
TSPS Category 1A & 1B surveys, also known as title surveys, are usually needed by title companies and/or lenders for property purchases.
